We absolutely love our box! From the very beginning the MB Sentinel team was wonderful to work with. We wanted to brick in the box so they had to make a few adjustments but they were very accommodating. They even came to fix some issues months after the box was installed. The customer service in this company is some of the best I have ever encountered. The box itself is great. We have a long driveway with no power. So we have out box solar powered. It works wonderfully. And out mail carriers love they don’t have to drive all the way up the driveway to deliver packages.
